Details of ATC Energies SME IPO 2025

Entering with a combination of fresh issues, here is the new entrant called ATC Energies. They are book building for a total of Rs 63.75 crore. Out of this, a sum of Rs 43.245 lakh shares is for fresh issues counting to a sum of Rs 51.02 crore. And a number of 10.8 lakh shares counting to Rs 12.74 crore is on sale.

The bidding is set to kick-start on 27th of March 2025. On Friday, the 28th March 2025, the allotment was finalized and on 2nd of April 2025, the IPO got listed on NSE SME.
